Mystery Bundle

Do you enjoy a mystery? Want to channel your inner Master Chef in your own kitchen? 

This bundle contains a variety of beef, pork, lamb, and/or mutton. If you are not picky, this is our best value bundle!

Everything in this bundle is guaranteed to be 100% quality and fresh; it’s what we feed our own family. The items may not fit the standard descriptions on our website or may not meet the criteria for full-price items for various reasons.

Examples:

-Cuts that don't fit our average weight description on the website. (Way bigger or smaller than normal, this is an issue we run into often.)

-All of our sheep are about a year old at slaughter. The USDA has different labeling requirements for lamb/mutton, which is determined by a break joint in their leg. Occasionally, sheep may be labeled as mutton, which we may include in the bundle. Rest assured, they are not old sheep; they remain tender and delicious.

-Overstocked items. Sometimes we realize we have an excess of a certain cut and need to balance our inventory. 

Processor Mistakes:

-Cuts we didn't order but received anyway. 

-Torn/scuffed labels, or mislabeled items. (In this case, we will correct the label, so you know what you are getting.)

-The cut was frozen in a way that makes it unappealing. (Folded or smooshed instead of being laid flat.) 

-Double-wrapped cuts. (Sometimes our processor will do this if it didn't vacuum-seal correctly the first time.)

We will NOT include any bones, suet, heart, tongue, tail, or liver in this bundle. So no worries there!
