Leg of Lamb Roast

Or Leg of Lamb Roasts are halved and deboned, then wrapped in a netting.  Each roast is individually packaged. 

We recommend roasting it in the oven to medium. After allowing it to rest, we slice it and serve. This cut is a popular choice for special occasions like Easter and Christmas.
