100% Grass-Fed
Our 100% grass-fed beef is harvested in the fall, after the cattle have fed on grass all summer. For this reason, we only offer custom-processed freezer beef from October through December.
To secure your spot, please pay your deposit, and we will email you a tentative processing date.
After your beef is dropped off at the processing facility, it will hang for approximately two weeks. During this time, we will reach out to discuss and place your cutting order.
We offer only whole or half beef for custom processing (quarters are not available). You will be charged based on the hanging weight, which is the weight of the carcass after it has been dressed.
Our pricing is $5 per pound for hanging weight, plus processing fees, which are about $1.40 per pound. You do not need to pay until delivery or pickup.
Typically, a whole beef weighs around 600 pounds when hanging (600 lbs x $6.40/lb = $3,840). Please note that this is an average weight, and individual beef can vary from 550 to 650 pounds.
