Our Beef Briskets are halved and packaged individually. Some packages contain the point, while others contain the flat. You are welcome to request a point or flat, just add it to the comments section when checking out. 

Brisket has been a long-time staple of backyard barbeques. Brisket is best braised or smoked, because it is a tougher cut and has a thick fat cap that needs time to render. Additionally, brisket is the ideal choice for corned beef.
