It is naturally cured and hardwood smoked. No nitrates or artificial smoke flavor in our bacon!
Bacon is "Regular Cut" thickness. (Our processor offers both thin and thick cut options- we opted for the regular cut.)
One of our favorite meals- BLT sandwiches. They are best in the summer, when local tomatoes and lettuce are in season. Add some mayo and homemade bread, then enjoy the world's best BLT.
